Foundation Training was created by Dr. Eric Goodman, a chiropractor who had extensive back pain. He developed exercises that reduced his pain and started teaching these exercises to help others get out of pain. We treat the body as a whole and work on creating movement patterns that help teach the body how to move without pain. This program is not a temporary remedy, but a systematic solution that creates long-term health. Foundation Training enables one to reach, achieve, and experience improved health and wellness.
